International Program Manager (f/m/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Responsibility for setting up a competency center in Switzerland enabling MT to manufacture an assortment of Strain Gages LoadCells covering all key technologies and processes
• Lead the project (LC4) inclusive budget management till the receiving unit can manufacture and maintain selected LoadCells in an autonomous way
• Setup Ops and all related SCM processes in Nänikon needed to manufacture, maintain and support the defined assortment in an autonomous way
• Identify and define all relevant processes to be build-up at Nänikon, enabling a rapid ramp up
• Define and manage the overall project timeline in accordance with management objectives
• Define, hire and ensure training of all HR resources needed to manage and control the selected assortment
• Coordinate assortment proposal with product assembly sites
• Co-define R&D resources needed to support selected assortment and develop new designs
• Ensure that the manufacturing Quality of all selected assortment fulfills all metrological and other certification requirements

The following requirements are necessary for this role:

• You have a degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
• You bring at least 10 years of work experience within a similar role in a global environment and in project management
• Strong experience in process-oriented operations using specialized equipment and software-controlled processes for mechatronic products is desired
• You have proven skills in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate with C-level members
• You are self-organized with an independent working attitude and high confidence in various cultural environments and outstanding planning skills
• You are open for international travel (approx. 30%)
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, and good German skills, Chinese is an advantage
