Semiconductors, is a global market leader in development, production, and sales of high-power semiconductor components. Thanks to our products, trains consume less energy, power grids become more efficient, and large electric motors are easy to control. In order to strengthen our team at the Swiss based BiMOS high-power semiconductor manufacturing site in Lenzburg, we are looking for an innovative Equipment Engineer (m/f) Photolithography. Your responsibilities
  • Maximize system uptime of the manufacturing equipment and continually improve the process (CIP)
  • Assume responsibility for workplace and systems safety in accordance with the 5S method
  • Support efficient teamwork with the process and production teams and work with the project team to expand/modernize the product line
  • Document the daily tasks together with the team and prepare troubleshooting aids
  • Help maintain the relevant equipment databases (SiView, Maximo)
  • Participate in audits and process pending items related to work safety
  • Support technicians maintaining and repairing the systems and ensure production in accordance with state-of-the-art methods
Your background
  • Technical apprenticeship with subsequent specific extension courses, or degree in electronics, mechanics, or physics, or equivalent education
  • Experience in maintaining semiconductor production systems (preventive measures, troubleshooting, repairs), especially with production equipment used in photolithography (priming ovens, photoresist coating/baking tools, steppers, developers)
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and CPI processes (5S, etc.) advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanics, vacuum systems, pneumatics, and electrics
  • Know-how in tools for resist coating Screen, UV exposure (steppers, Ultratech 1500 / Canon i3000W), resist development Screen, Metrologie
  • Good command of German and/or English mandatory, any other language an asset
  • Assertive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and structured work style
  • Stress resistant individual
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
