  • Support CSCOs and COOs of some of the best global companies in the world in designing and implementing transformations in Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply, Production, S&OP / IBP) as the world becomes digital, consumer needs change and the shape of the supply networks fundamentally changes.
  • Play a central role delivering transformation as well as advising our clients and their business partners on how to continue to drive top line and bottom-line improvements specifically in the area of Supply Chain Planning: effectively manage and synchronize customer demand, supply chain assets, and working capital to drive and deliver improvements in customer service levels, supply chain costs, and working capital.
The functional scope includes the entirety of the planning domain: demand and forecasting including machine learning, supply planning, distribution requirement planning, MRP, allocation, detailed scheduling including line constraints and CRP, and the overarching S&OE, S&OP / IBP process.
  • Support end-to-end strategy to implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities, including but not limited to SAP, S4/IBP, o9, OMP, E2Open, BlueYonder, Kinaxis, Logility - working closely with Technology, Transactions, PLM and Sustainability teams.
  • Maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, analytics, the supply chain ecosystem and broader marketplace.
  • Support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships.
  • Establish and strengthen client relationships with the CSCO, as well as COO, CFO, CPO, and Operations executives
Your Qualifications – Skills For Shaping The FutureAs a Manager you have 6+ years of experience at a top tier management consulting and/or project leadership experience in the industry in complex and significant transformation programs within Supply Chain.You have:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and rigorous working methods, high motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in sales activities, e.g. proposal creation / business development, and understanding of business metrics.
  • Proven project management experience, with ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver complex and high-impact programs.
  • Empathetic personality, excellent team leadership skills and enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • A strong interest in digital and some working experience with tools such as SAP, S4/IBP, o9, OMP, E2Open, BlueYonder, Kinaxis, Logility, RPA / ML / intelligent automation
  • As an international company, we require excellent English skills. German is an asset, fluent French is desirable
  • Flexibility including willingness to travel regionally and globally
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Sector experience in Consumer Products, Life Science and Industrial Products
  • Knowledge of P&G IWS / SNO methodology
  • Relevant certifications: Supply Chain, Project Management methodologies, Lean Six Sigma belts
  • A degree in economics, industrial engineering, supply chain or procurement with excellent results
