Job description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager Process Engineering, who will effectively manage and develop the process engineering resources to deliver complex multiple projects on time and to budget in the project centre. Manage sub-contract resource and ensure compliance with all relevant Tetra Pak quality standards. Drive standardization and productivity through increased TPM installations and SkyNet implementation.
The team you will manage consists of 4 direct reports and 3 team leaders.

You can be based anywhere in Mid-Europe or East-Europe.


You will be travelling up to 30% of your time to our customer sites.

What you will do
  • Manage the process and project engineering resources to deliver multiple complex end to end projects on time and to budget
  • Manage sub-contract resource, and ensure compliance with all relevant Tetra Pak hardware and software quality standards
  • Participation and technical contribution to customer and sales meetings
  • Drive development of production solutions, based on technical and commercial specifications (hardware and software)
  • Drive overall process deployment for process and functional engineering, project engineering and CAD facilities
  • Drive and implement quality standards for all aspects of the project delivery from initial concept to final commissioning and handover
  • Continuous build-up and development of competency for process/project engineering, testing and commissioning
  • Drive standardization and TPPM installations and contribute to the development and lead deployment of relevant working procedures, templates and standards
  • Drive and support maturity assessment
  • Secure fast issue resolution and appropriate communication


Profile description:

We believe you have

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Food Science, or related Engineering field
  • Relevant experience in process engineering, preferably within the food industry
  • Fluent English language knowledge is a must, other European language knowledge is highly preferred
  • Experience with leading and management of process engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge in processing lines implementation, commissioning, and upgrades of industrial equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong personal drive combined with a result-oriented attitude,
  • Team player attitude, ability to work together with team leaders
  • Open and collaborative personality, have excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding in influencing and networking
