Microsoft 365 Application Engineer 80-100%

What you will do
In this challenging and important role, you will be responsible for our Microsoft 365 application environment and focus on the technical operations and maintenance, drive the adoption & training for our business and manage business projects.


Responsibilities will include
  • Develop our Microsoft 365 platform including Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Drive and support user adoption to support the rollout of Microsoft 365 into the global organization
  • Bring our Microsoft 365 platform to the next level and integrate new features
  • Perform train-the-trainer concept to foster the adoption
  • Create training & documentation material
  • Provide 2nd level support for Microsoft 365
  • Conduct research on complex cases, validate cases for escalation and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

What you bring along
  • A degree in Business Administration, IT or a technical basic education
  • Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Experience and knowledge in modern collaboration tools in terms of technical administration, training, user adoption and continuous development
  • Excellent English skills and very good German skills
