For a well-known company client based in Lugano and active in the Commodities Trading sector, we are looking for a Paralegal Assistant / Contract Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing Commercial Contract related to the purchase and sales of Commodities.
Keeping and updating own Corporate Documents and reviewing the ones from third parties.
Support to the Trading and Commercial Department.
Support to the Legal and Compliance Department.
Functie-eisen

Previous experience in similar role, highly preferably for an international Commodity Trading House.
Master degree in Law, Business Administration or similar background.
Fluent in English. Italian is a plus.
Good knowledge of the whole Microsoft Office package.
