Our Client is currently looking for this Key professional Figure to support the HR Contry Manager in a multicultural and international company:

Your mission
  • Be the unique responsible for the entire payroll process for the legal entities and branches in the German and French part of Switzerland, from variable data management to payment processing according to legal and company requirements and deadlines
  • Accountable for processing and transmission of financial data to Accounting Dept, accruals, annual closure activities and comparison salary/Financial data for accounting (timely and correct in terms of contents)
  • Be the focal point for any contact with social insurances/pensions, public institutions and department, third parties such us internal and external auditors in national languages (D/F) and with internal Group HR and Finance Depts. (D/E); announcements to social insurances (AHV, BVG) and withholding tax authorities
  • Work strictly with Group Compensation & Benefits, ensuring the respect of internal procedure for salary increases and promotions, reporting on employees benefits and collective agreements general terms and conditions
  • Be accountable to ensure the respect of company guidelines as well as the respective collective agreement in place; constant monitor of changes and update of payroll process/system accordingly; providing assistant to local HR to adjust internal regulations to legal requirements
  • Reporting: monthly, quarterly and yearly payments and declarations for social insurances: AHV/ALV/IV/EO/FAK/SUVA/KTG/BVG/QST; internal Group reporting for Sustainability and auditing purposes; responsible for issuing salary certificate and compensatory payment;
  • Time Management data processing for payroll
Your profile

  • Education in Payroll or Human Resources
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR administration and Payroll in Switzerland in different Cantons
  • Fluent/mother tongue Swiss German and/or German written and spoken (at least C1 level), professional knowledge English (B2 level), French (B1 level); Italian would be nice to have
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), Confident with Time Management system and payroll system
  • Very responsive and willing to learn, well-organized and passionate to achieve constant improvement
  • Strong integrity and oriented to compliance with process, procedure and internal regulation
  • Reliable and loyal, attention to confidentiality and discretion
  • Good relationship skills interested in working in multicultural and international environment
  • Availability to travel from time to time to branches and legal entities in Switzerland
