Main responsibilities

  • Follow and enforce the procurement policies and procedures, also taking into account the banking industry regulations
  • Support the implementation of the Procurement Evolution Strategy on a global basis
  • Ensure that all the contracts and supplier information are properly recorded in the appropriate tools, coherently with the Procurement strategy
  • Support the business stakeholders across the entire contract lifecycle (vendor selection, negotiation, contract monitoring, contract reporting, etc) including outsourcing services
  • Contribute to COO budget preparation, cost analysis and financial reporting

Skills and experience

  • Master Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of contract management and outsourcing built in a Procurement department preferably in Banking industry (at least 4 years)
  • Able to lead procurement projects
  • Good knowledge of supplier management software
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Quantitative analysis competences
  • Excellent team player, proactive attitude, highly motivated, reliable and precise
  • Ability to work under pressure, able to manage priorities in a changing environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
