Key Responsibilities

The contractor will be responsible for provision of services in the area of Project Office support for CS Group Management Reporting, such as
  • Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project
  • Assist the Project Manager and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans
  • Support and tracking and timely collection of project deliverables from Divisional stakeholders
  • Help to develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems
  • Co-ordinate the production of reports and produce project summary reports
  • Co-ordinate and support communication mechanisms between the project teams
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager
Challenges Contractor Will Be Facing In This Role
  • As our key stakeholder is the CFO, it is vital that our reports are error free and timely.
  • Periods of pressure are part and parcel of the role. ie. Month and Quarter ends, BoD reporting periods require extra intensity
Essentials Skills And Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of project management experience in Financial Reporting/Controlling area
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and other MS Office suite
  • Prior Credit Suisse/global bank experience is a plus
