Project Manager SAP Service & Sales 80-100%



What you will do
In this important role you are the project leader for global IT Business Application Projects with focus on Service & Sales (SAP FSM, CX, CS/SD). You analyze the global process and consult the business. You implement and optimize processes end to end according to Tecan template.


Responsibilities will include
  • Lead and contribution in conceptual system and process design
  • Process consulting to improve, standardize and optimize all global service and sales processes; with focus on SAP-FSM; SAP CX and SAP CS/SD
  • Planning and worldwide implementation of the processes in the specific scope of projects in Service & Sales (FSM, CX; CS/SD)
  • Monitoring of global business processes/workflows
  • Active support for digital transformation within service and sales (e.g. Digital Twin)
  • 3rd level Support SAP Customer Competence Center (CCC)
  • Close collaboration with global stakeholders
  • Supervising and coordination of external SAP consultants

What you bring along
  • Project Management skills
  • Expert Know How, experience and competence about opportunities and practical operation within Service and Sales processes
  • Knowledge and Design/Customizing in SAP FSM; SAP CX (C4C, Service Cloud, eCommerce, CPQ) and SAP-ERP CS/SD Process Knowledge and Customizing;
  • First experiences on S/4HANA are an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
