Service Sales Support Specialist (w/m/d) (80-100%)

Within the local Electrification Service business units, we provide high-quality services on customer-installed medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgear, emergency power systems, visualizations, and digital solutions. By means of competent and service-oriented action we maintain a good cooperation and partnership with our customers.

As a competent Service Sales Support Specialist, you will prepare quotations and make clarifications to support our customers throughout the life cycle of our products and services. With dedication and know-how, you guarantee a professional offer preparation and ensure a high customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your experience and drive to ensure lasting customer satisfaction through outstanding service.

This position is classified as 16.

Your responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process requests for quotations and prepare sales documentation
  • Define and describe the main components and services based on customer needs
  • Clarification of compatibility, feasibility, and availability for customer inquiries
  • Preparation of the cost calculation as a basis for the customer-specific offer
  • Support service sales and work closely with service project management.
  • Build technical expertise in life cycle management, retrofits and adaptions in exchange with product specialists, engineers and technicians.
  • Continuous improvement of the offer process
  • Direct customer-contact possible for specific inquiries
Your background
  • Successfully completed basic electrical engineering training. Further education advantageous (TS, HF, FH)
  • Sound knowledge in the field of power supply and distribution, with advantage in the areas of switchgear panel builder, emergency power systems or medium voltage technology
  • Experience in the calculation of cost model calculations
  • Reliable team player and personality with integrity
  • Independent, flexible and customer-oriented working style
  • Very good German as well as good English skills (French an advantage)
