We’re looking for a sales assistant (m/f/d) for our Outlet store in Lugano

(6 hours/week)

In your role as Sales Assistant You’ll be:

· Providing the best customer experience & meeting customer needs

· Building customer loyalty

· Taking care of all tasks related to the management of product at the store: alarm-tagging, folding, ironing, etc.

· Handling orders (Pick&Pack) and returns

· Ensuring that products displays are constantly replenished and laid out correctly

· Helping manage the store inventory

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

· High school diploma (A Levels)

· At least 1 year experience in retail

· Customer-oriented approach

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Energetic and friendly attitude

· Initiative

· Sensitivity and taste for fashion
