Mission

As a Key Account Executive for Kudelski Security, you will take on a critical sales role. Your mission will be to generate sales in Switzerland by working strategically and coming up with ways to help your clients improve their Cybersecurity through consulting, hardware, software, managed services and innovation.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Strategically manage all aspects of your territory’s/portfolio’s long-term success so you can overachieve on your challenging targets.
  • Create thoughtful and detailed strategic business and account plans for your target accounts.
  • Build compelling business cases for your target accounts to use Kudelski Security based on a thorough discovery and needs analysis with them.
  • Build solutions for your client that include consulting, hardware, software, professional and managed services and Innovation.
  • Be your customers’ number 1 advocate and ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate frequently with marketing and lead generation programs, sales engineering efforts, and joint selling with partners.

This role involves:

  • HIGH levels of sales activity, including cold/warm calling, appointment setting, and "networking” with a wide variety of industries and clients.
  • Continuously prospecting for new clients to increase your portfolio.
  • Presenting and closing solutions offers.
  • Managing clients throughout the lifecycle of their Cybersecurity strategy.
  • Providing accurate forecasting through impeccable use of the CRM so that sales metrics and customer information is kept up-to-date.
  • Consistently deepening your expertise in Kudelski Security products and solutions

Your aim is to find faster, more effective, and innovative ways for Kudelski Security to overachieve on its results and make our customer’s lives more secure.

Requirements / Profile

You are:

  • Good at solving business problems and building up consultative relationships.
  • Have a record of being successful in direct sales, and you love being part of a winning team.
  • Setting goals and beating targets really motivates you
  • Committed to understanding your clients’ business and being an expert in the solutions you bring to the table.
  • A proven self-starter who thrives in the fast pace environment of a high-growth company

You have:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving a multi million-plus CHF target in consultative IT Solution and Services sales in 3 of the last 5 years with CISO’s and their chain of responsibility.
  • Proven ability to systematically develop territory and account plans, drive new leads and business opportunities, and close business within your territory.
  • Advanced Engineering or Business Degree
  • Fluent English and French/German.
