On behalf of a company based in Ticino, we are looking for the following profile:

Sales Manager - Poland and Czech Rep

Tasks
  • Promote, quote and sell products in the assigned region (Poland and Czech Republic)
  • Phone contact and visit regularly customers and sales partner n the assigned region
  • Training to sales partners in place - organization of training seminars
  • Provide technical support to customers and sales partner
  • Find new customers in the assigned areas
  • Update CRM system for all sales and customer related activities
  • Reporting to headquarter
  • Participation to sales meeting in HQ Offices
Profile
  • Education in mechanical engineering or similar
  • Experience in machining technology solutions or similar
  • Knowledge of Eastern European machining market (PL and CZ)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Systematic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication & sales skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Automotivation and ability to find solutions and ideas
  • Languages: Polish / Czech and English are must (German or Italian are plus)
  • Availability to travel frequently in regions assigned
