What You Can Contribute – Skills For Shaping The Future
  • Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciences
  • 5-6 years of work experience in the Insurance industry and/or experience in team-based project work focused on Insurance clients (e.g. consulting)
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss Insurance market in Romandie and/or Zurich area
  • A curious mind with the ability to structure and analyze problems in a systematic and organized fashion
  • Strong presentation skills, highly client-oriented and a strong team player being able to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and regions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible working style
  • Fluency in English and French is a must, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis for projects
