Our team “Strategy and Transaction Real Estate” based in Zurich and Geneva works with clients to assist them in the areas of real estate valuation, transactions and strategic advisory projects.

To support the expansion of our real estate consulting team, we are looking for a consultant/senior consultant, based in Geneva.

Our clients are Swiss companies with a global real estate portfolio, private clients and public institutions.

  • To be an actor in large-scale and innovative projects in the real estate field.
  • Integration in the management of our real estate projects/mandates with our clients in Switzerland.
  • Control of costs, deadlines and quality of projects.
  • Organize external and internal stakeholders (architects, technical planners, IT, logistics, etc.) in the context of our mandates.
  • Participate in "Workplace Transformation" sustainability or digitalization consulting for external client companies.
  • Consulting on strategy, organization and processes in real estate management for private and public clients.
  • Participation in the development and implementation of real estate transformation projects that will create value for companies and employees.

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or Real Estate (Bachelor or Master) is a prerequisite.
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling a plus)
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Open-minded and dynamic personality
  • As a consultant/senior consultant, initial professional and project experience, in the above areas and knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, are an advantage.
  • You have a flair for technical gadgets and are interested in digitalization processes.
  • Our employees are consultants and leaders with excellent skills and very good knowledge of French and English, German and Italian are an advantage.
