What you will do

In this role, you will lead the company’s digital paid media strategy and execution, focusing on online lead generation. As a part of the HQ Digital Marketing Team, you will be collaborating with a cross-functional team on digital media, managing paid media channels strategy, guidelines, and execution to deliver on mutually agreed growth goals.

To ensure success as a performance media manager, you should possess extensive experience in online lead generation across paid search and paid social media and the ability to lead cross-department initiatives. A first-class candidate will be someone whose expertise in paid media and lead generation translates into business results..

Responsibilities will include

• Develop global digital paid media strategy to meet business and revenue goals of the company
• Manage global search engine advertising strategy, budget and execution
• Manage international paid social media strategy, guidelines and contribute to campaign execution and development
• Manage media attribution and analytics
• Support conversion rate optimizations projects
• Community management: build transparency and trust within internal stakeholders (HQ, regions, business units)
• Manage external vendors and cross-department resources
• Media Capabilities: continuously work on media execution, experiments and internal processes optimization
• Report on digital metrics and proposing improvements to meet on agreed KPI’s

What you bring along

• A minimum of 5 years experience in digital media management and execution (digital media manager, lead generation manager, growth hacker).
• Hands-on experience with most popular digital ecosystems: Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic media buying and more
• Good understanding of the changing digital marketing tech landscape and experience with the entire media buying supply and value chain
• Track record on delivering revenue through digital channels in large enterprises or rapidly growing
• Working knowledge of web analytics
• Affinity to data with the ability to draw insights from it (audience data, CRM, CX questionnaires)
• Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Business level English
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s preferred or equivalent work knowledge with coursework in digital media and analytics
