Key Responsibilities

Drive development/formulation of new capsule generation

Drive continuous improvement of existing recipes (wall chemistry, formulation, encapsulation process and more)

Transfer and validate new products/processes from the Research division to intermediate scale

Participate in planning, execution and follow-up of sampling & new capsule activities

We value

PhD in Chemical/Physical Chemistry of polymers, Material Science, with min. 7 years of work experience OR MA degree with 10 years of work experience in an R&D environment
S ound knowledge in one or more of the domains: Encapsulation, polymer chemistry, emulsification, interfacial polymerization, process scale-up, process safety
Ability to work independently in a cross functional team
Dynamic, customer oriented
Flexible, dealing with uncertainty, change agent and highly adaptable
Fluent in French and English
