As a member of our team in Lenzburg, you will help to ensure that systems and equipment used in the area of Metal / PECVD are up and running at all times – for the optimum of operations in BiMOS semiconductor production. Your ultimate goal: high-volume, zero-defects production of power semiconductors (24/7) in close cooperation with Process and Operations departments. At the same time, we will be relying on your intuitive skills when it comes to quality management as well as your highly structured approach to work and your well-developed organizational abilities. Your Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and proficient repairs of production equipment
  • Provide professional assistance with fault analyses, servicing activities, and technical conversions
  • Targeted optimization of procedures in order to improve machine uptime
  • Work in close collaboration with Facility Management and external suppliers
  • Ensure detailed documentation of machinery condition and all work performed
  • Work in shifts on four-shift basis

Your background
  • Vocational training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering ideally combined with qualifications from university of applied sciences or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a focus on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Several years of service experience relating to machinery/systems used in semiconductor production
  • Demonstrable expertise relating to electrical systems, electronics, PLC, pneumatics, vacuum technology, and robotics engineering
  • Knowledge of Sputtering (Evatec Clusterline®), Evaporation (Evatec BAK®) and PECVD (Novellus C1 and C2) equipment is of advantage
  • Good command of English and/or German
