-Technical and organizational support of the final assembly department (including execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, and in continuous improvement).
-Ensuring the product and process quality as well as the production quantities taking into account the deadlines.
-Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.
-Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
-Ensure cleanliness and maintenance safe work environment within production department.
-Exposure to Lean tools and methodologies is preferable.
-Further development of employees taking into account their qualifications, aptitudes and potential as well as operational requirements.
-Has role model function with respect to your appearance and behavior on the basis of the valid company principles.
