Key Responsibilities:

Support transformation by finding potential initiatives to improve velocity, cycle time, capacity, and productivity through continuous improvement projects in full autonomy
Fully execute and be accountable for Continuous Improvement projects
Coach and support the green belts
Build strong relationships with functional leaders to establish and achieve continuous improvement goals
Align and prioritize initiatives, while ensuring synergies for local improvements for the site (two plants)
Review, report & improve metrics at appropriate levels of the business

We value:

Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma (required)
MA degree holder, ideally in Engineering, Technology, Chemistry, Manufacturing Process Engineering or equivalent
> 10 years manufacturing experience
Proven track record to execute and implement black belt projects
Manage both high level and detailed execution with strong strategic and hands-on mindset
Passion for technical processes, equipment, and technological knowledge
Excellent communication skills and able to interact with multiple internal and external instances
Fluent in English and French
