  • Act as central point of contact – liaise with your international clients and colleagues with respect to direct tax accounting issues
  • Participate as part of the Primary Team in tax audits of International Groups and single legal entities in Switzerland
  • Contribute with your knowledge to BEPS2.0 projects
  • Leading clients on established accounts, seeking process improvement opportunity in both EY and Client processes and implementing services for new client
  • Managing account resourcing, budget and delivery
  • Developing and coaching the team involving the global EY-Shared-Service-Center structures
What You Can Contribute – Skills For Shaping The Future
  • 10+ years of experience in a tax accounting and/or tax audit function, ideally in an international environment
  • Very strong understanding of general and tax accounting principles as well as reporting concepts/principles (temporary/permanent differences, current and deferred taxes, etc.);
  • US GAAP and / or IFRS tax accounting technical skillset
  • Designing, performing and overseeing tax audit procedures for HQ Multinationals as part of a Primary Team
  • Experience in transfer pricing principles
  • Excellent knowledge and strong experience with Excel
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to analyse the tax accounting impacts of complex transactions
  • Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
  • English mandatory, further languages a plus
