Trainee Reliability 80-100%

What you will do

You will support customer developments and adaptations of our products. As part of the reliability team, you will help create products for biotechnological and diagnostic applications in laboratory automation.

This position enables flexible working hours and is therefore also suitable for students who want to gain industrial experience during their studies.


Responsibilities will include

  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of tests in the field of Reliability Growth Testing
  • Evaluation, documentation and reporting of the test data
  • Creation, validation and use of SW tools for Reliability Growth Testing, monitoring and evaluation
  • Discussion of the results with the stakeholders

What you bring along

  • Technical university degree, preferably natural sciences, mechanical, electrical engineering or comparable
  • Interest in Reliability Growth Testing and Professional Training
  • Excellent English skills is a must, German would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills and good understanding of Microsoft
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Consolidated knowledge in statistical methodology
  • Experience in working with biomedical devices and laboratory and process automation
  • Team-oriented, flexible, open minded, willing to learn
