To reinforce the Operations team of BGS, we are currently looking for a Demand & Supply Planner for our dynamic Direct to Consumers and Amazon businesses.

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the highest finished goods availability to our customers and consumers (right quantity, right place, right time, right freshness) whilst optimizing the total delivered costs through managing, challenging, and optimizing the E2E Supply Chain with an effective DSP process.

A day in the life of Demand and Supply Planner

  • Establish a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers and maintain joint forecasting approach with Amazon.
  • Establish stock policies for Finished Goods.
  • Ensure an 18-month Supply / Replenishment plan with Producers is in place to satisfy customer needs, considering both the network complexity and supply constraints.
  • Analyze and effectively communicate Supply issues.
  • Maintain and enhance SAP APO Master Data.
  • Ensure end to end supply including subcontracting activities, contract and transport creation.

What Will Make You Successful
  • University’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Three or more years of relevant operational experience in one of the following areas; Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Vendor-Managed Inventory Planning.
  • Proficiency in SAP APO, MS Excel, PowerBi.
  • Team player, with excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across different functions and organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Open-minded, curious, looking for solutions to improve efficiency
