Job Description

DePuy Synthes, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is hiring for an Demand planning analyst CDD 2 years to be located in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. This position will report to the Demand Group leader and have responsibility for demand propagation and inventory related to product portfolio, including: coordinating and prioritizing goals and objectives in line with business strategy!

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for checking correct demand propagation on substitution variant code in planning system in coordination with Master data Analyst.
  • Responsible for parameters update in Regulatory database system and Ensure strategy reflected in ERP System.
  • Work with planners on excess inventory strategy and update the signals in planning system and Regulatory database.
  • Support S&OP team on datas analysis
  • Investigate regulatory Restrictions in ERP and take actions to release these
  • Work with BU regulatory to highlight registrations delay based on project timeline
  • Perform analysis and communicate risk assessment to project team and partners.
  • Demand planning ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • APICS Certification recommended
  • A minimum of 3+ years Supply chain experience (i.e. Demand planning) preferably in a highly regulated environment, medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Committed to expanding technical and business expertise

Required

Experience and Skills:
  • Demand planning knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Good technical and analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • MS Office proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Excel is required
  • ERP systems, Advanced Planning Systems, including SAP and/or OMP
  • MRP/ERP system (e.g. JDEdwards/Oracle), Functional knowledge
  • Good understanding of Regulatory rules.
  • flexible with the ability to work independently as well as on teams, with excellent time management skills to handle complexity and multiple deadlines.

Preferred
  • Power BI, Alteryx knowledge
  • French speaker
