Member of the BPI team, the BPI deputy for Supply Chain Execution will represent the Business process owner of Group Operating Model during all projects, mainly SAP Gemini Roll-out projects & run mode, in relation with Richemont SAP competency center team and Brands project managers.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To

Define template business processes,
    • Understand and Promote our internal Business models, especially Ensure operational processes & technical solutions compliance to business rules and other compliance topics (Legal, ICS, Supply Chain…)
    • Participate to identify needs for evolutions of the group Operating Model elements (macro-activities, processes, business rules, role& responsibilities within operational processes) concerning all Supply Chain Execution flows in link with project objectives
    • Ensure cross-Maisons, cross –functions (Logistic. Finance, Customer Service, Retail…), cross-entities alignment, including with other BPIs
    • Ensure Business in an optimal way within adapted IT tools
    • Propose to mobilize review panels when major improvement or change to the operating model is needed
    • Validate evolutions/deviation to the Operational processes in place of the BPI when not available.
    • Ensure that Operating Model elements are properly documented; specifically ensure that new / enhanced business documentation is done in Signavio or other corporate tools with proper governance of the content
    • Monitor process performance and compliance (include change effectiveness)
Implement template business processes,
    • Animate and prepare gap analysis workshops for roll-outs or other project/program related to operating model implementation or improvement
    • Collect entities specific needs, requirements or legal constraints generating gap in the Operating Model of Supply Chain Execution
    • Formalize them so that IT Experts can choose the right technical solution
    • Provide feedback to Technology teams on IT tools selected to ensure they match business requirements expressed by the business stakeholders (Maisons, Functions, Regions and countries)
    • Understand IT solutions designed and validate them to release their technical realization
    • Ensure that testing scenarios of Technical solutions are relevant and aligned with designed operational processes - Ensure all new (or changed) elements of the operating model that are given by Technology are covered by an appropriate tests approach -Validate global result of tests to give green/red light to EAS for move to production
    • Participate to the promotion of our group operating model and the technical solution supporting it to our Distributors
Improve template business processes,
    • Identify potential ways of improvement thanks to the monitoring of processes and practices supported by process monitoring tool
    • Animate periodic meetings with IT Support and Business Support teams to share findings around process mining and monitoring and agree on challenges and opportunities of improvements
    • Participate to project/program Charter creation by providing inputs related to the operating model when it is impacted by the project/program objectives
    • Participate to prioritize top-down and bottom-up continuous improvement topics and propose project to implement them, in alignment with Group, Maisons and Regions/countries senior management directives
    • Animate experts/functional owners, business project managers and Key users network, including for the documentation activity
    • Propose improvement or change to Operating Model to review panel when necessary (for split of responsibilities within macro-activities, business rules, enrichment of the operating model)
    • Drive enhancement request process in close partnership with Technology teams
    • Participate to prioritize enhancement requests (E.R.) in alignment with group, Maisons and Regions/countries senior management priorities and in alignment with other BPIs
    • Propose retrofits plans based on identified local best practices
    • Stay informed of new Business capabilities
Support business in change management,
    • Document and communicate the solution to ensure the buy-in of the solution by all the Users within the W&J Maisons
    • Participate to /elaborate the program of training for the operational use by our internal Teams (as coming as Referent of the solution) and external Distributors
    • Communicate to business the required information for change management
    • Train business and users on Operating Model elements (macro-activities, processes, business rules, role& responsibilities within operational processes)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have an engineering or economics degree, with 7+ years of experience for multinational or consulting company and d eep knowledge of Business Processes supporting international distribution and supply chain.

You can prove successful experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-business areas problem solving.

You experienced SAP / Supply chain and sales IT tools implementation with a business/functional role.

You are fluent in English and French and get ready to be for business 50% in Geneva meeting IT team, 30% travelling, 20% home-office or Villars-sur-glâne
