We are looking for a DevOps Software Engineer to join our Continuous Integration team in Lausanne, Switzerland.
You will join a multinational agile development team working on the Continuous Integration, Testing and Delivery infrastructure. Providing development teams with solutions to build and test Pix4D products. Your main tasks will be to contribute to the design, development and operations of one part of the components of CI/CD infrastructure following modern DevOps practices (infrastructure as code) and contribute to its development and maintenance.
As DevOps Software Engineer, we expect you to be able to work autonomously, always keeping in mind the customer needs while keeping the highest quality, security and maintainability of the platforms under your responsibility.
You have a strong basis in development, you are proficient with Go and Python.

Responsibilities
Automate everything around continuous integration tools. To build and maintain a robust, secure and efficient platform, you will automate deployment, monitoring and operations
Maintain and improve home developed tools
Passion for modern approaches. You will be working with state of the art technologies (Terraform, Packer, SaltStack, Concourse CI, AWS IaaS, Docker, Anka ) and you support continuous improvement by investigating and proposing alternatives, with a pragmatic approach
Train and guide other teams to use continuous integration tools and best practices
Engage daily in code reviews and promote good software engineering practices
Actively participate in the team and Company’s agile processes. Proactively communicate your status and blockers
Requirements

Must have:
5+ years Programming and 3+ years DevOps experience.
Very good scripting and Programming and testing skills (Go, Python, Shell,...)
Good skills in solving problems, hunting down issues and fixing them
Good communication and self-learning skills
Proficient English language skills, written and spoken, French is a plus

Nice to have:
Good Experience with operating system (windows, ubuntu, macOS) and computer network essentials
Good knowledge of Django and PostgreSQL
Experience with CI / CD
Experience with cloud hosting platform (preferably AWS)
Experience with containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad)
DevOps Tools: Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Ansible
Good knowledge of building C and C++ for multiple platforms.
Experience with Conan Package manager.
