Your role

Are you passionate about solving translating business requirements into IT requirements? Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Are you a people person who can work with teams from all around the world?

We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Customer Experience and Website team to:

  • determine, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, customers or end users overall digital touchpoints
  • Be in lead for requirement gathering and prioritization for local market needs for ubs.com website revamp project
  • structure of requirements into web development, Funds & Prices development and web publishing tasks and align with the right project teams
  • create of user stories and support with backlog prioritization
  • check business requirement and transferring them into IT requirements to help closing the connectivity gaps of our current digital MarTech set-up
  • check feasibility of innovation ideas for new digital projects and required integrations to move into automation and industrialization
  • manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • collaborate with various teams during development and testing phases, for providing implementation support and ensure features / functions have been enabled and optimized.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Management, Global Digital Marketing team in Zurich. We are a young and dynamic team focusing on bring the best customer experience alive on all digital touchpoints. We work closely together with the corporate digital and brand teams and develop digital marketing standards which follow best practices in online customer behavior, usability and marketing effectiveness. Our specialty is to continuously learning and keeping pace with online trends which is what we would also expect from you.

Your expertise

  • university’s degree (university, ETH, university of applied sciences)
  • minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services especially with large global banks or other financial institutions
  • experience in process design and modelling is advantage.
  • detail orientated and willingness to understand front to back flow and able to communicate effectively with global teams based in different countries
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in order to collaborate with all levels of Business & IT.
  • experience in working with standard tool suites like Visio, PPT, Excel, JIRA, Confluence.
  • experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Campaign, Adobe AEM, Power BI
  • service provider personality, ideally with experience in the consulting field
  • project management experience, ideally in agile projects
  • business fluent in English, German/French/Italian is a plus
