We are looking for a part-time Digital Manager (80% FTE)

In this role you are responsible for executing all digital and omni-channel campaigns, supporting the marketing and sales teams across the organisation. The role supports the brand teams and ensures that all strategies are executed on time and to specification. The Digital Manager is responsible for supporting the business on how to execute digital programs - once the what and why have been defined. You will build email marketing programs, websites, manage assets, testing and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver cutting edge pharmaceutical marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Management of Omnichannel campaigns and activities such as:

  • Lead on Project Management of new Omnichannel campaigns and tactics
  • Supports the execution of digital brand activities aligned to the country’s digital strategy in close collaboration with the Digital Engagement Lead and the relevant members of the business.
  • Proactively shares new ideas how to improve digital projects and supports the acceleration of the company’s overall digital journey by acting as a digital advocate.
  • Assists the analysis of key performance indicators and helps sharing the findings across teams.
  • Acts as a first contact point for sales force for questions related to the handling of digital projects and channels.

Key Accountabilities

Executes digital activities with a focus on a dedicated business unit:

  • Creation and coordination of impactful email campaigns and sales force triggered email
  • Creation of digital assets (websites, banners etc.) in collaboration with our external vendors and internal teams
  • Website maintenance including testing of new website features
  • Supports teams in adherence to digital governance standards

Proactively shares new ideas how to improve digital projects and supports the acceleration of the company’s overall digital journey by acting as a digital advocate by:

  • Deploying a digital and agile mindset
  • Being curious & open for innovation & change
  • Working with different departments & team members and proactively sharing best practices

Essential For The Role

  • Has experience in (digital) marketing
  • Has experience in managing projects
  • Enjoys supporting teams/people across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and evolving methodologies, shows lifelong-learning mentality
  • Shows evidence of being an effective communicator
  • Displays an agile, flexible & curious mindset
  • Works quickly at high quality, and shows a high degree of being proactive
  • Holds a can-do & proactive attitude
  • Keen interest in technologies

Desirable for the role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in (digital) marketing
  • Has experience in managing complex projects
  • Has experience in marketing and/or sales (ideally in the pharmaceutical industry)
  • Has a good understanding of the Swiss healthcare environment
  • Knows how to implement behaviour change of internal key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HTML, E-Mail Marketing, AEM, Digital Media and Social Marketing, Power BI, CMS and CAS Systems, CRM
  • Omni-channel strategy
