Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

You as a Digital Marketing Intelligence Analyst, will help revolutionize the digital marketing function, analyse various data sources, provide insights and recommendations that will allow us to turn the data into actionable strategies.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:
Ongoing data analysis, reporting and insights on existing Digital Marketing touchpoints for Timberland EMEA, including reporting on data extracted through the areas of CRM, Membership Program, Google Analytics, Social Media, Digital Titans account base and other consumer research sources.

Developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports relevant to the respective channels of the business that capture key consumer insights and behavioural trends.

Working closely with the CRM & Membership team to develop deeper understanding of customer and inform ongoing strategy regarding customer acquisition and retention.

Working closely with the wider Digital Titans Account Team and familiarize themselves with inhouse reporting tools and platforms accessible to the brand.

Partnering with Social Media team to monitor consumer sentiment, engagement and other KPI’s.

Utilizing insights tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce and connecting with the Consumer Insights team for Kantar, Brand Health Tracking information and providing regular insight into brand performance, perception, and demand.

Providing analysis, reporting and insight to maximize customer lifecycle value (including insight work for key stakeholders in E-Commerce and Marketing).

Enabling data visualization and translate findings into simple actionable insights.

Overseeing the development of database tools to improve reporting.

Using your analytical skills to contribute to enabling key decisions to be made within the Digital Marketing teams respective functions.

Skills for Success

You should be a team player with a strong analytical approach, no difficulty to manipulate a large data set and with:

At least 2 years of experience working as a CRM business analyst, market researcher, data analyst or business analyst preferably in a B2C retail or ecommerce environment.

Previous use of analytical systems and tools usage including: Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Tableau, AWS, AMS.

Ability to communicate insights to multiple stakeholders

A deep understanding of consumer analytics, a passion for the consumer paired with a solid understanding of the branded footwear and apparel industry is essential for the position

Experience with Loyalty programs (desirable)

Experience with Amazon and Zalando (desirable)

Experience in Social Media Analysis (desirable)

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
