Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to join our contingent workforce on a growing team at Johnson & Johnson in Zug.

This will be an initial 6 month contract with possible extension.

Key Tasks
  • Lead / coordinate or support omnichannel projects aligned with the regional brand team,
  • Analyze digital engagement data (CRM, channel engagement, etc) and provide recommendations that improve customer journeys and customer experience
  • Work with external partners, define and implement omnichannel and customer engagement processes
  • Focus will be on projects such as Web Launch, Webinars, Measurements of success of such initiatives

Key Skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral + written)
  • High degree of accountability and decision-making skills
  • Combination of strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Self-starter, entrepreneur-spirit, can do mentality
  • Team-player with strong collaboration skills

Experience / Knowledge
  • Min 5 years of omnichannel / digital marketing experience preferably in Pharmaceutical industry or agency supporting the industry or consulting company supporting the industry
  • Tools / platforms: Experience with digital analytics tools and dashboards, CRM systems, Office 365
  • Comfortable to work as single contributor, remotely
  • Language: fluent English (Level C1-C2)
  • Availability for business travel needed (if travel restrictions are lifted)
