Your field of responsibility

You are part of our newly built Digital Sales Center of Competence, responsible for building up and further developing our new digital offering CSX, driving digital sales & marketing as well as advanced analytics platform.
  • Manage digital sales & marketing focusing on owned channels such as in-app sales, e-mail campaigns and push/SMS notifications
  • Initiate, lead and run multichannel campaigns incl. ideas on content, targeting/selection and offering
  • Be responsible for digital lead management process drive lead generation, nurturing and pass-on to (remote) advisors for our new digital CSX offering around accounts & cards, investments & pension, mortgages
  • Play a key role in our transition towards new/agile way of working by strengthening collaboration across different teams (product management, marketing, analytics, sales etc.)
  • Support and steer our strategic projects to further develop digital sales capabilities/platform
  • Evaluate campaign performance and support the design of self-service reporting dashboards (Tableau)

Your skills and experience

You have proven that you can manage projects with many stakeholders, and you enjoy continuous change and managing different interests and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role, campaign or project management role
  • Digital mindset & passion for digital communications
  • Structured way of working and end-to-end thinking
  • Fluent in English and German (French and Italian are a plus)
