Our Marketing Department at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Digital Marketing Specialist Europe (f/m) (100%)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Setting-up, running and constant optimization of paid digital campaigns on a European level, with focus on Google (YouTube & GDN).
  • Assist in delivering one consistent Digital Marketing campaign framework and digital campaign strategies aligned to target audience, brand KPIs, brand values, and positioning
  • Assist in managing external agencies in development of the European digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Team in other projects (e.g. organic content)
  • Research and development of new campaign opportunities and models, trend scouting for new campaign platforms

Your ideal profile:

  • University Degree with a focus in, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields required
  • 2-3 years of experience in setting up & running paid media campaigns, especially with Google products, all other platforms are a plus.
  • Experience in managing the budget for about 5-6 digital campaigns, is mandatory
  • Good experience with social media
  • Excellent command of English, any other language highly appreciated
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and/or any other tools of the Adobe product suite are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Very good Ms office skills
  • Strong project management skills with a keen focus on key details and ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a high-performing team.
  • Proactive, hand on approach
