Job Description

For this on-site position, we are searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who is a dynamic, passionate, self-starter to join our Geneva office. You will be responsible for creating a digital marketing plan and consistently increasing the effectiveness of the activities, with the goal of generating new sources of growth. You will be also focusing on driving organic traffic to our websites and applications by implementing techniques, including SEO, ASO, content marketing, and public relation. To be successful in this position, you need to keep on top of industry news, have a KPI-driven approach, be creative and have a growth mindset.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct market analysis and devise strategies to identify future sources of growth
  • Create digital marketing strategy based on competitive, market, and keyword research
  • Manage and implement SEO strategies within site building, redesigns and updates
  • Create quality content based on the marketing strategy
  • Accountable for KPI analysis with an overarching view of key metrics
  • Manage the presence of the company across different social media channels

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in creating and executing digital marketing plans across all channels
  • A KPI driven approach, driven by well thought out and measurable goals
  • Strong team player with the ability to work within team dynamic or independently as needed
  • Understanding of basic web development technologies with the ability to tweak HTML and work with WordPress
  • Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills; impeccable editorial and proofreading skills and an eye for publication design
  • Experience using Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and SEMRush
