Tasks

You are responsible for the transformation of the digital strategy into specific actions for the Lufthansa Group Airlines. With your strong grasp of current marketing tools, you will support marketing campaign teams and lead strategic conception projects for the Lufthansa Group.

Optimize digital strategy and set-up to increase return on investment
Manage predictive modelling tools to carry out simulations for marketing activities
Lead development of innovative digital marketing approaches in collaboration with the airline & regional marketing teams including programmatic media buying, ad operations systems (DMP, AdServer, DSP), attribution models, and online KPIs
Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve customer journey across multiple channels and customer touch points
Measure and report campaign performance versus goals (ROI and KPIs)
Actively support the digital transformation of the Lufthansa Group Marketing Department
Be ahead of the curve by understanding industry trends

Requirements
University degree in marketing/international business or related field
Proven track record and experience (5 years) with digital marketing and performance management
Understanding of media and marketing landscape, e.g. consumer trends, media channels, partnerships, etc.
Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and digital media optimization towards business goals
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends
Strong drive to improve results based on facts and figures
Ability to lead projects, guide stakeholders, and train team members
Strong experience with MS Office tools (esp. Powerpoint, Excel & Teams)
Comfortable and competent in an international environment
Very good spoken and written English skills
Willingness to travel
