Digital Product Marketing Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Marketing Lead to join our growing product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, passion for creating compelling marketing campaigns, and be an excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the product marketing and communications strategies for the Technology and Digital Innovation team
  • Develop and execute communications and marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our tech products
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch plans
  • Develop and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, events, content marketing, and videos
  • Own internal communication strategy and execution of products
  • Own UX writing across the product portfolio
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including narratives, product analysis, presentations, case studies, videos, and social media in collaboration with the digital media team
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of product marketing and communication campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, pipeline generation, usage analytics, tracking cohort, and managing basic reporting dashboards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and innovations, and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance our product marketing efforts
  • Act as the users’ advocate and the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback into actionable insights to inform future product development
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in tech product marketing, with a proven track record of driving awareness, demand, and adoption of technology products.
  • Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle with hands on experience working with designers, product managers, and developers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messaging and collateral.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email, events, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing methodologies and different communication styles.
  • Some experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience working in an Agile product development environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
