Your challenges:

• Drive business with journey optimizations by building a better CEX for our fixed line product based on multiple data sources
• Turn new innovative ideas together with UX/UI Designer and IT developers into reality by creating clear requirements and acceptance criteria in a user stories to assure the quality of implementation
• Execute design thinking methods and improve the maturity level of data driven decision and testing (user acceptance tests, customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, A/B testing, onsite polls, heatmaps analysis)
• Support UX designers and researchers with an end-to-end understanding for state-of-the-art customer journeys
• Discover unknowing customer needs based on a customer journey mapping approach to enable a highly emotional and individual buying journey
• Create and describe testable hypotheses together with a strong digital high performer team to ensure a customer-centric decision
• Identify opportunities in digital sales funnels based on analytics data, behavioral heuristics, psychology and eCommerce best practices

Your competencies:

• Digital at heart
• 3 years + experience in a Product Owner position or similar role
• High understanding of agile work methodology and design thinking
• Frontend and Backend experience with CSS, HTML, Agular, Python, C++, JSF, Java (e.g. Spring, Java EE, JMS)
• Know-how in agile development process and team ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, refinement)
• Experience in managing the backlog within an agile board together with an international cross functional team
• Knowledge in testing methods, conversion management and sales journey optimization
• Fluent in English, German nice to have

Some basics:

• Worked in digital organizations or have a passion to be a real digital champion and obsessed about the customer experience
• You may even have a degree or masters, but more importantly have done some of this before or are a digital native
• Willing to go on a ride to overcome some obstacles, do new things, constantly learn and able to work in a high-paced environment with hands-on approach
• Good at talking to people and solving problems together
• Finally, you can tell stories in English, preferably good ones ????
