Tasks

You will drive the overall digital product strategy process, develop and monitor OKR’s, support with knowledge in frameworks, gather data/market trends and connect the dots between the products and different stakeholders.

Develop and own the strategy process for the Digital Products, support its development & execution (product level & solution level)
With the Director ‘Portfolio & Projects’ and the leadership team / product leads ensure consistent holistic platform strategy
Establish data driven decisions within the organization
Ensure consistency with superior or surrounding business strategies
Ensure consistency between the Digital Solutions Strategy and individual product level strategy
Translate/aggregate detailed technical / functional discussions onto strategic level
Support in adequately communicating strategies into the organization (strong pptx skills)
Support in developing business cases, projects approvals, petitions
Take over special tasks to support leadership team (e.g. workshops)

Requirements
Master degree (Business or IT) or equivalent through experience in a digital environment
At least 3 years of proven experience as in the field of eCommerce/Digital
Experience in introducing and managing OKRs is an asset
High sense of responsibility, commitment to delivery, and constant improvement
Strong analytical skills, with high attention to details
Experienced at / willing to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, OKR) best practices
Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to work across functional lines
Innovation and technology mindset
