Internship within a human-sized team based in Lausanne for student in marketing / communication.

We are a human-sized team in charge of transforming the way of thinking and ways of working in PMI. We work with our colleagues at the headquarters and in markets around the world. Our approach is based on different methods design thinking (understanding users and framing their problems), lean startup (doing small-scale experiments), agile (working iteratively, in a self-managed team).

The missions of this internship will be adapted according to the skills and development wishes of the individual selected as well as the objectives of the team.

Among the activities to be carried out
  • Design and orchestrate the calendar of internal communications actions on our social platforms (Yammer, MS Teams, newsletter and others to be defined).
  • Support the planning, organization and internal webinar type events (from 50 to 500 participants)
  • Support and organize internal training sessions (coordination of participants, support to preliminary work, issuing of certifications)
  • Support the sharing of academic research, competitive benchmarks, and other sources of inspiration
  • Produce / Decline digital assets (banners, visuals, etc.)
  • Coordination with internal communications and logistics teams
  • Eventually identify and coordinate some work of third-party agencies (design, production of assets, ...)
Who we’re looking for
  • Good ability to read and speak English required
  • Organization, creativity, curiosity and pro-activity required
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch / Figma appreciated
  • Knowledge and experience of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile methodologies appreciated
