Our client, an international FMCG based in Lausanne area is looking for a:

Digital Project Manager - Commercial Excellence Life Sciences

(12 months temporary contract with possibility of extension)

Main Purpose Of Job
  • Manage the implementation (including Analytics and Follow up) of Multichannel Engagement in market by close coordination/liaison with internal team and external agencies to ensure and effective implementation
  • Identify Multichannel Engagement related training needs for all the users, devise/propose training strategy/plan in close cooperation with Teams
  • Support the day-to-day running of Multichannel Engagement Channels e.g. email, website and social media
  • Discuss and monitor agency to execute Multichannel Engagement
  • Perform in-depth analysis and insight into Key Performance Indicators about each Multichannel Engagement channels
  • Load content and execute Action for Multichannel Engagement in close co-operation with internal team and external agencies
Key Experience
  • Life Sciences industry experience
  • Strong analytical and decision making skill
  • Experience in sales commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness, field force effectiveness
  • Field Operations experience
  • Advanced Multichannel Engagement knowledge and Business Analytics
