We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Engagement team in Private Banking International (PBI), which is responsible for driving the Digital agenda and multi-channel strategy. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include
  • Being at the forefront of innovation in banking and co-create solutions to determine PBI’s transformation in the field of Digital banking and analytics
  • A combination of pushing the Digital agenda and project management from definition to implementation with direct exposure to the Front business
  • Apply your Digital experience, analytical thinking and skills to shape the client experience and the future of private banking, in close cooperation with our Front teams
  • Take ownership for projects, craft your ideas to the strategic roadmap of PBI, and closely collaborate with various business functions within PBI and beyond

Your skills and experience

For our Digital Engagement team we are looking for a candidate with the following profile
  • A university degree with specialization in economics, business, finance, computer science or engineering
  • 4 to 6 years of working experience with proven (Digital) track record in Wealth Management, ideally with a leading consultancy firm, Fintech / Startup or global financial services company
  • Previous experience in delivering on Digital ambitions and targeted solutions for complex problems
  • Fast analytical thinking, creative energy, business sense, collaborative work style and drive, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Superb communication skills with senior management capabilities and experience in presenting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality required
  • Business proficiency in English is required
