Position Overview
INVENTORY REPORTING
Scope of inventory management is for all EMEA channels which are in either the direct to consumer market or the wholesale arena.
Coordinate cross functional analytics and design of powerful visualizations to support our stakeholders in making strategic decisions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
INVENTORY REPORTING
- Oversight EMEA Inventory Reporting and forecasting for full FY, moving through 4 fast paced seasons and a replenishment program.
- Contribute to a consistent inventory forecasting methodology across all regions
- Ensure right level of communication and partnership with other Inventory management relevant teams, such as Inventory Accounting, PFS, Liquidation, Inbound management or Revenue Flow among others.
- Sharper excess inventory forecasting and reporting differentiating:
- Old/New season’s stock
- Replenishment
- Carry Over inventory reporting – continuous improvement of previous season’s stock movements reporting in partnership with Merch. teams
- Inter and Intra-region inventory movement workstream created with Supply Chain and IT
- PSR – partnership with Regional Merch, DTC Inv. Control and DC to increase stores’ returns forecast accuracy
- Disposition forecasting and reporting created with Accounting controllership and supply chain
- Improvements of In-Transit forecasting through partnership with Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics and accounting
- Contribution to the forecasting of the Seasonal Buy Sign Off reviews by providing actuals and forecasted EMEA Whsl/DTC buys
- Support to Accounting & Inventory Control for the calculation of NRV levels by providing Gross to Net expected excess by season.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
Detect the needs of IM&IMO for cross functional and cross brand IT solutions and tools that facilitate IM & IMO activities.
Recommend and establish standards for Business Analysis to increase efficiency.
Collect cross-functional analyses & reporting needs, department tools and opportunities for standardization and automation of processes.
Supervise and guide the Development of standards and tools, to allow a regular repetition of reports and connections to/from them. Ensure their successful implementation.
Champion the initial end user transition to new tools and guarantee the right level of support and training.
Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
