RULEMATCH is a Fintech venture in the field of digital asset trading, led by founders

with strong industry knowledge and backed by world-leading partners.

The market operations department will be responsible for a smooth operation of all trading related procedures including participant support.

Tasks
  • Building, leading and managing a market operations team (5-10 members) to ensure a 24/7/365 shift-operation of our services
  • Supervising the collateral management of our customers (MTM valuation, handling of daily margin calls) and maintaining the daily settlement process
  • Interacting with our top in class system environment, handling of the static data process and being responsible for systems upgrades
  • Being responsible for a wide range of other operational tasks such as handling

customer requests and supporting in the customer onboarding process
  • Working closely with different departments within RULEMATCH such as Compliance, Sales Team, IT and the Executive Management
  • Leading various projects and supporting in internal / external audits

Requirements
  • University degree (Bachelor level) or equal education in Business or Finance
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in the financial sector
  • Motivated, dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in German and English; French and other European languages are of advantage
  • Dedicated to work night shifts including weekends
  • Good understanding of regulatory landscape
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, affinity to systems is a must
