The purpose of this position is to oversee and support Richemont’s supply chain PS HSE (Physical Security Health, Safety & Environment) activities through the supply chain. Primarily to protect people, secondly to secure assets. You will focus on operational warehouse security and asset distribution. Furthermore, you will oversee the HSE arrangements for warehouse and supply chain activities, within the scope of Group Supply Chain.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be responsible for building and strengthening the function through implementing best practice, understanding entities needs, setting priorities, and leading initiatives.

You will help to develop, implement, and upgrade the function’s strategy / polices/ practices in PSHSE and provides expert advice to prevent loss or damage of human, physical and intellectual assets in relation to risk exposure.

Driving PSHSE based agenda and executing global initiatives at a local level in a pragmatic approach, as well as providing business partnerships to entities and group functions will also be part of your responsibilities.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

To be successful in this position, we will expect you to have the following skills:
  • >10 years’ experience in physical security operations – preferably with experience in supply chain and PS HSE Leadership
  • Ability to liaise with senior management and operate as a peer
  • Appropriate Management qualification in Physical Security
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
  • Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and other stakeholder groups to take desired action
  • Fluent in spoken French and English
