Responsibilities

Supports both Global Marketing in setting strategic priorities as well as the nine markets in execution, while also serving as the functional leader for strategic alignment with the CO organization Serve as connective tissue between Global Marketing, CCO and Markets. Maintain strategic alignment with Category and Sales across HP

Support in-Market execution, including identifying scalable opportunities and preparing business cases

Drive execution consistency across Markets

Maintain pulse of Marketing performance in Markets and enforce corrective actions as required

Hold primary interlock responsibilities with Category Channel Strategy, Global Accounts, End User Sales & Digital Strategy, Strategic planning with Market leads on goals, strategy. Drive alignment of Marketing plan with business priorities outlined by GBU and Category

Drive execution alignment with 4Ps CCO Office L1,L2, & L3

Guide market’s activation plans

Lead CMP budgeting and allocation by market including alliance funds

Lead NPIs Calendar

Oversee market performance metrics and prioritize investments through budget allocation

Provide structure in execution of Alliance marketing, events and sales gen activities

Leads team that drives alignment of Marketing plan with business priorities outlined by GBU and Category, Works with Category to analyze and identify Market Trends for new fiscal year or new initiative, drives alignment of Marketing plan with business priorities outlined by GBU and Category, works with Category to analyze and identify Market Trends for new fiscal year or new initiative, converts Marketing objectives into proper performance metrics, drives alignment of Marketing plan with business priorities outlined by GBU and Category

Education And Experience Required
  • First level university degree with a focus in Business, Marketing or Communications; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Typically 12+ years of experience in interactive marketing management or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business.
  • Typically 4+ years of people management experience.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Superior ability to provide ecommerce consultation to senior managers within area of expertise.
  • Superior understanding of interactive marketing, web marketing and/or ecommerce.
  • In-depth knowledge in online customer experience (UX), search engine marketing and optimization, web analytics and technologies.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across geographies.
  • Ability to build partnerships across functions.
  • Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Strong leadership and staff development skills.
  • Excellent consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
Impact/Scope
  • Manages a function that supports business unit performance and implementation of the global functional/marketing strategy.
  • Typically partners with managers, EXEC2s, and EXEC3s.
