The Role Integrates 4 Key Dimensions
  • Develop access and pricing launch strategy for Incyte’s Oncology assets (see portfolio at incyte.com) .
  • Execute Strategy across Europe and ensure country readiness with the support of local affiliate dedicated Value Access & Pricing colleagues.
  • Provide input into Oncology pipeline asset development.
  • Develop and execute an Oncology BD strategy for Europe and collaborate with Global BD colleagues to assess Global BD opportunities.
Responsibilities

More specifically responsibilities on Value, Access, Pricing strategy and execution include :
  • Develop access strategies for oncology assets which will 1) ensure patient access & recognition of value across the EU region and 2) facilitate HTA assessment and pricing negotiation through appropriate data generation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Inform EU HTA and data generation strategy by identifying data gaps and proposing remediation plan e.g. data generation in collaboration with country, medical and HEOR teams
  • Develop resources to optimize HTA submissions and their outcomes e.g. C/E model, Core Value dossier, objection handler.
  • Develop a point of view on pricing drivers based on key countries in depth analysis e.g. comparator, HTA rating, subpopulations, C/E.
  • Develop a Pricing strategy to be endorsed by the Pricing Committee based on above analysis
  • Actively support country P&R negotiations.
  • Develop KPIs and provide regular update to the leadership team.
  • Lead the EU Value Asset team including other functions and countries.
  • Participate to the Global Commercialization Team and the EU Brand team to ensure EU access interests are understood and factored in the broader strategy
  • Support and challenge countries Market Access Directors to ensure superior local performance.
  • Drive execution of EU deliverables (as per above).
  • Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics.
  • Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines.
BD And Input Into Development
  • Provide input into the clinical development of Oncology pipeline asset including clinical trials design, additional studies, SAP, etc.
  • Develop and execute an Oncology BD strategy for Europe and collaborate with Global BD colleagues for Global BD opportunities
Requirements
  • Postgraduate level (Master or higher) training in Science or an analytical discipline.
  • Min. 6 year experience with health authorities, governmental economists and reimbursement agencies, hospital administrators and health care insurance companies’ general management, acquired at pharmaceutical companies, sickness funds, physician associations or health care consultancy companies.
