Dispatcher/ Flight Coordinator

The Flight Coordinator/Dispatcher at Jet Aviation is responsible for all activities around the coordination and organization of flights for our VVIP customers around the world.

Description/Tasks:


  • Organization and coordination of flights for our V.V.I P. customers
  • Advising customers in aeronautical matters
  • Worldwide communication with aviation authorities regarding overflight- and landing permissions
  • Compilation of computer and ATC flight plans
  • Coordination of airport and ATC slots
  • Organization and coordination of ground handling
  • Compilation of crew briefings
  • Organization of crew rotations

Qualification/Experience:


  • Relevant work experience in the operational field of (private) aviation or holding an aircraft dispatcher qualification
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral)
  • Team-player, customer oriented and communicative personality
  • Flexibility regarding working hours (weekend and night shifts)
