We are looking for a Documentation & User Compliance Specialist for one of our global clients in the pharma/ life science industry on a temporary basis.

Your Job There Includes
  • Maintaining training and competency compliance of Oracle Agile userbase, by reviewing training curriculum completion by the time of approving access requests, and periodically review their access entitlements according to global procedure
  • Developing and managing the global PLM Instructor-led Training Calendar, collaborating with the Business Process Owners, authorized trainers and IT to ensure consistent training delivery to new employees.
  • Participating in projects and consolidating procedural corrective actions as the GMP Document Coordinator, creating and routing workflows in close collaboration with the responsible Quality Unit(s), Document Editors, Project Owners and Business Process and System Owners, reviewing edits for GMP and GDocP Compliance before routing for approval
  • Supporting the Oracle Agile Super User Community Management (Creating presentations, Outreach initiatives, virtual community management)
  • Running and improving KPI reports and Deviations, coordinate for timely closure
  • Completed Vocational Training in Administration, or an equivalent of two years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in the management of controlled documents desired (preferably in GxP-regulated area, Pharma/Life Sciences), trainings and simple data consolidation via MS Excel
  • Experience in working with virtual communities from different cultural backgrounds, and interested in developing and trying out new concepts for better collaboration
  • Excellent oral and written English-skills are a must
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize according to business implementation timelines and coordinate multiple stakeholders at the same time
  • Strong MS Office skills (in particular MS Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, TEAMS, Power BI)
  • Some experience with Oracle Agile PLM and/or PPM is a plus
