For our IT organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a

Dotmatics Implementation Manager

The Dotmatics Implementation Manager facilitate the introduction of new functionalities supporting R&D process in Chemistry, Analytics Lab and Translational Medicine (TM), CMC.

You will lead the collection of technical and scientific requirements bringing together disparate datasets (from various sources in-vitro and in-vivo pre-clinical models) to provide an easy and intuitive solution for scientists to support their activities in personalized medicine and predictive biomarkers.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Application Manager Dotmatics and provide support to our user group, across Chemistry, Analytical labs, Pharmaceutical Development and Translational Medicine
Collect and document user requirements, story boards and workflows based on user requirements in support of creating Project Charter
Lead implementation, based on approved Project Charter, for new functionality with support of Dotmatics Consultancies
Supervise and act as an intermediate between internal Dotmatics user group and Dotmatics Consultancy in case second and third level support is required
Provide maintenance and support to Dotmatics users from a functional point of view
Provide guidance and training program for the proper use of the application
Develop and maintain a Dotmatics Data Governance model
Train and provide support to users on the usage of scientific software
Requirements
PhD in Biochemistry, Life Sciences or Computer Sciences with at least 3-5 years experience
Strong expertise in Computer Sciences applied into R&D (pre-clinical and clinical development), including Data Management for Translational Research, CMC, Chemistry, Analytics and Biology
Strong experience in working with Dotmatics or similar tool (ELN, Biovia, Perkin Elmer Labware, LabVantage, GeneData etc…)
Strong communication skills to translate the Business Requirement into Dotmatics technical requirements
Good understanding of the Drug Discovery and Development Process, including pharmaceutical quality system like for example computerized system validation
At ease with web software development, database management systems (preferably Oracle) and data analysis
Fluency in English and good command of French
