As a DTC Marketing Manager, Vital Proteins International, you will drive the Vital Proteins International DTC business which is expected to be one third of the overall international business and the global launch roadmap, brand & business strategy through the DTC channel. This entails steering and co-creating with the markets/DTC hub to have in place robust and repeatable performance marketing and trading plans, CRM activities, cross channel pricing promotion, content harmonization and I&R. The role also requires strong drive and good level of understanding to work with ensuring supply teams. Strong cross functional project and stakeholder management experience is required to connect the dots between NHSc. HQ, Vital Proteins USA team and NHSc. markets.

A day in the life of DTC Marketing Manager, Vital Proteins International
  • Drive the DTC international roadmap, to achieve the aligned business cases, global and across markets; (NNS, MC, PFME, COP1, OG)
  • Ensure robust brand building, performance marketing, trading and CRM plans are in place across markets. Steer the glide path forward
  • Plan and execute I&R pipeline and roll out for the DTC business, in line with the overall I&R plans for the VP International Business
  • Develop, upgrade, and manage the DTC master tool kit, in collaboration with the VP USA content team. Ensure cross channel content harmonization upon implementation. Work with VP International Marketing and markets to bring best in class campaigns onto the DTC platform and vice versa share best practices from DTC to be capitalized for other channels
  • Put in place global dashboard and build picture of success to ensure repeatability and scalability of successful initiatives
  • Work with markets and DTC hub to ensure demand forecasts are in place, and interface with Nestrade/VP USA to ensure consistency of supply and de-bottlenecking issues in time
  • Strong collaboration with the markets, DTC Hub, VP USA and other stakeholders, to ensure execution excellence, timely escalation of issues and help resolve them. Connect the dots within the matrix as required
  • Be the custodian or pricing/promotion policy for the DTC channel. Ensure harmonization across the channels working closely with VP international marketing team and markets

What Will Make You Successful
  • 8+ experience in generating demand roles at Nestlé or equivalent, strong expertise in demand generation through holistic brand building and communication activities
  • Strong digital marketing and eCom knowledge and experience (performance marketing, trading, CRM)
  • Experience in delivering marketing and communication activities for nutrition/pharmaceutical products with specific skills in digital and e-commerce
  • Experience in leading cross functional, international teams
  • Experience in balancing strategy development skills with operational implementation
  • Local or regional experience in commercial and marketing
  • Experience in building Business cases and working with P&L
